now what?

The "Southwest* Asian soup" is excellent and there is much left over, but what do we now do with the half a head of cabbage, 3/4 cup of bean sprouts, and 3/4 package of rice noodles we didn't use?  (The last would keep, I suppose.)

Edited to add: Uh, "Southwest"?  I meant Southeast.  Wouldn't Southwest Asia be the Arabian peninsula?  Not exactly a good cabbage-growing climate.
