Pride & Prejudice: Celluloid Picspam

My Pride & Prejudice marathon (the 1995 miniseries + the 2005 movie) has resulted in this post in which I lay images of the two side-by-side. I... couldn't help myself. *shame*

The Adventures of Elizabeth Bennett and Fitzwilliam Darcy, as abbreviated in pictures, Part 1. (Image Heavy) )

Haven't seen the movie but based on the piccies, i would hv to say that Colin Firth fits the role of Darcy better than whatsisname...

Not sure abt the better Lizzie tho.

Movie!Darcy had very tough competition, so I can't help but be sorry for him. ^^

DO YOU WANT THE MOVIE? I CAN MAKE COPY FOR YOU.

Hahaha!! I LOVED it!! I've seen both. (I'm reading Emma again - the copy with TJ and Jan's note in the inside cover - I think it was a goodbye pressie)

All you need now is Bride and Prejudice included!! =D

Yay, Emma! I enjoyed reading Emma more than Pride & Prejudice, but that's maybe because Emma was my first Jane Austen book. ^^;;

I've seen Bride and Prejudice but I don't have a copy of it on myself. I enjoyed it but all the travelling made my head dizzy -- not only could they afford to fly all over the place, every time Lalita and Darcy bumped into each other again despite the miniscule odds, I burst out laughing. XD

Mmm, Colin Firth..

Could I borrow the Keira Knightley vs of Pride and Prejudice? Been meaning to watch that for a while.
