the belly dancing was brilliant!

I'm really glad you decided to come over. It would have felt sort of wrong, had you not seen any of the last gigs.

Hee! Well, glad you enjoyed it. I thought of you last night, by the way. I was working out here in the hotel and Britney came on my iPod. Good times, good times.

Well, you were quite good. I wouldn't have guessed. I dance all the time. I actually have a choreographed dance I perform to Jamie T's "Sheila" when I'm in the car. It involves lots of hand gestures that confuse and disorient other drivers.

Earlier, the conversation had turned to Gary being a superhero, and if he was a superhero, what his superhero name would be. "It would still be Gary," I'd said.

It absolutely would! :-D

Very glad you enjoyed Cambridge. Update about Norwich soon please!

Ha, I feel like I don't even have to write anything about the two days we were together - I can just say, "What she said :-)"

I had a moment outside the bus with Carl in Norwich where I did the exact same thing-- thanking him for being alive, essentially ;-) At some point I said, "I'm sorry, I'm not expressing myself very well, there's just so much I want to say and I'm sure you don't really want to hear it," and he hugged me and said, "No, you're fine..." and some other stuff that I can't remember because he was really hugging me, like he meant it, you know?

I thought I would die.
