Bell South woman: I’m sorry Sir, you would have to be on hold and the wait time is going to be 20 minuets.
Me: Wait, can you just transfer me? I would really be grateful. I have been on hold for a 20 minuets already.
Her: I’m sorry, Sir, we can’t transfer calls
Me: Wait… You’re a phone company and you can’t transfer a call?
I laughed, talked to her supervisor and got 50 dollars they owed me.
