Time to work hard and buck up..
When is time to work hard, got to work hard and be serious. I do not know what is really going wrong in the team and i am trying very hard to make sure thhings are okay..maybe my effort is not enough or i am just too relax..i just dont know why..
but i always tell myself i need to work hard an strike a balance fast. able to handle alot of things at one go is the way i shld do it and handle it well.
