we haven't been keeping much by eggs or dairy in the house of late, but i bought eggs last week to make some blue corn jalapeno cornbread for the crafterpillers meeting (it's an out-of-the-box mix from trader joe's, and rather good). since we had eggs on hand, we took advantage of the situation and made
