this & that
on saturday, we went to visit friends who moved out east to southhold. their youngest daughter is 3, and she was so funny! she kept trying to lift my shirt and undress me - i think she thought i had a ball or something stuffed under my shirt. her mom and i explained that there's a baby in there, and i also showed her that it was my actual belly under there. so then, she stuck a little soccer ball under her dress so she had a bump, too. her gestational period was rather short, though, because she was rid of the ball before too long.
also: we ordered a very fancy blender. we will be able to make some serious foods! and i want to eventually make baby food myself. in doing all the blender research, we found all sorts of videos comparing some high end blenders on youtube. who woulda thought?
last night was our final Bradley (childbirth education) class. one couple didn't come to class because they had their kiddo the night before. 3 weeks early, so right under the pre-term time limit. crazy how it's all coming to a head so fast now.
