stuck in the 80s
my sister got me to watch that show "hit me baby one more time". we tivo-ed it off of bravo and since then, i've been numbing out to glass tiger (still have a cassette for goodness sakes), depeche mode and today, oingo boingo.
every time we would see the band play their original hit, my husband says, "can you imagine [insert band name here]? someone calls up and says, 'dude, let's get the band back together! we've got a gig!'"
we both thought the season finale was the worst of the shows.
some music stands the test of time, but some music is crap. but wasn't the 80s all about style over substance?
