[Ion is out walking under the sea since he hasn't been equipped with cool fins this event. He can breath well enough though, which is really really neat! He's out here filming a pod of dolphins playing, because it's a wonderful sight, no commentary from him, that would ruin the dolphin song. And then all of a sudden a wall of bubbles surrounds him

[He's still getting used to his long, green fish tail and sort of fails at keeping straight as he's relaying the message.]

[Honestly Ion's kind of enjoying himself, by the way he occasionally laughs. This beats kidnapping by God Generals by miles. God Generals don't tickle for one, and they're generally depressing or grumpy or rough--or in Arietta's case they make Ion feel guilty and sad. Shrimp? Shrimp just wanna be cool, bro.]
