Never forget what you loved.

Read then participate if you care too(you can post anonymously on here). Its based off a psychological exercise I read, enjoy.

Due to some unexpected turns in my night, or should I say my life I have realized that we can say "You never appreciate it until its gone" till your blue, but it's only until you truly embrace the experience when it hits you.

And like a ton of bricks your heart drops to the floor, your knees get weak, and you grip these memories so tight until its a poison in your blood and you wake up finding yourself wishing that person never existed.

And to combat this redundant super philosophy on love you need yet another one..."You must truly be happy with yourself". I have found that I truly am content with myself. Reading a book rather than getting wasted trying to hook up with some random girl at a party. I search for my answers not in the cheap thrills of today but rather looking to the past for those like me who have experienced and embraced the darkest depths of human emotion.

But, we can't forget what we've loved, what we've cherished, and even our deepest; to what we mistake as regrets.

>>>So heres where your optional participation comes into play....

Its almost the same theory of writing down a trouble of yours onto paper and disapearing it into a box not to be opened. It also serves to purpose of showing we are all human and whether or not we like to admit it, we all feel, we all hurt, we all love, we all regret. So write down a love related regret, below, or just something that means alot to you and you would like to share, and let it serve as an example to others in hopes that they may be spared a similar pain, or to give them something to relate upon. Some may think this exercise is pointless, which is fine. I just want to see who can put aside pride, inhibition, and their self consciousness.
