Ok. Right, well to be honest the last 4 days i've done nothing but binge and hated myself for it. Been having about 1500kcals a day. :/
Therefore i'm currently at 9st 4lbs. (130lbs) I want to get to 9st or 8st 13lbs by Wednesday (5 days). Which will be a total loss of 5lbs or so.
Hope by Wednesday i can do so. Plan to eat 1000 or under kcals a day. With loadsa exercise (ie burn 400kcals plus at least.)
Hopefully achievable? See me and my bestie have started a diet plan.. well i have been dieting seriously for the last month and no one know but she has started on idk weight watchers or something which is basically where you cut out all the junk but yeah we're dieting together. And out weigh days are Wednesday mornings. She lost 10lbs in 8 days. :( im so jealous but i suppose she is a big girl like 14 stone or something.. but still.
Gah annoyed. I hate how easy it is for larger people to lose weight yet they still moan (not my friend btw im talking obese people). Like honest to god you could lose a stone a week if you put your mind to it.
Anyway. 5lbs in 5days. By exercise and 1000kcals a day. What do you think people?
