I have decided that Death Cab for Cutie is the perfect rainy-day music. I called Matt's brother to wish him a happy birthday, but he might find the message awkward...ha. Whatever, I hope he has a good one. I have my major projects done...my rooms a mess, but my final exam for lab is tomorrow. Bleh. But then I'm done until exams...I got French on May 8th-and Meteorology on the 9th...I got a paper due on the third and a 3 1/2 page paper for Art and Society before the 9th as well...This will be short as I feel I should use this time for peer editing-as that's due Sunday at noon, and I don't know how that will work out unless I do it beforehand because of prom. With all of this said, I feel accomplished. I got my rough draft done yesterday-which I don't know how well it will be recieved, as it blames white men as the root of all hate crimes. Ha. Two white men are reading it. One's quiet, but the other is opinionated. I look forward to that. I did like 20 spreads for a scrap book. It was all personalized, and Dr. Marchi recognized all the work that went into it. He even got up during my presentation to teach about certain paintings that were included(out of enthousiasm). I take that as a good sign. If I do well on the final I think I have a chance for an A. I love the man. There are certain people I don't want to lose touch with. He is one of those professors. One of my friends is leaving State to go to a different school. I will miss them sorely. They were someone that I really connected with-which has been hard for me at this school. But it's better for her, and I understand her position totally. We will definetely keep in touch. But Sabrina's coming to summer school now...just joining the band wagon. ha. There's an upside to everything. Well I better get going.
