In a good mood tonight so gonna run with it and write in LJ before it disappears!
Too much to catch up on so won't bother. T'is the week before Christmas and I feel like I've been on another planet for the last couple of weeks. Hibernating during the week and going out Friday nights to get completely SMASHED; only to get up Sunday mornings to wonder where my weekend went.
Hmmmm.... work is okay. Home is okay, Perth is a fine thing since summer is FINALLY here, though somewhat humid for my liking, but can't complain, well won't at least coz I can see big clouds gathering over the ocean as we speak.
Copy cat dickheads in Perth did the whole txt message race riot thing this last weekend, calling a rally to MY beach. I'm appalled. All it did was drown the beach in cops and all for nothing coz the whole thing was completely ignored by locals and dick heads alike. The nipper's did their nipper thing and the only excitement was watching the mounties and the coppers on beach buggies (nice gig if you can get it). Still can't believe that crap landed so close to home...
An interruption…. I just got a strange txt message from a guy I nearly moved in with recently, until I saw the house. He said ‘Hi roxy hi wat you doin nigha”…. What the? I think he’s drunk.
Anyway. Recently found out my Ma has early stages of Parkinson’s, she’s off to see a specialist this week to have that confirmed. Nice. My Da has a bung artery in his neck that is full of plaque (yew), and he has to take medication for ever now to stop it closing or lights out. Nice.
But spending Christmas with my cousins in Ocean Reef eating drinking and swimming in da pool and spa ALL day. Very much looking forward to it!
