Olimar, good news! It's taken a while, but I've found the Whimsical Radar for you! You can install it on the Dolphin, and we'll be able to find that last piece!
I've also found many of the other parts necessary to get the Dolphin running again. I couldn't get all the parts, though. You have no idea how much some 'bolt conneiseur' wanted for that strange bolt of yours. I doubt you'll be able to fly it back to Hocotate, but it'll at least be able to get us to wherever that piece landed!
