I don't know why exactly, but I'm tearing up! I really don't know why. Right from the first one. *Especially* the first and second ones! OH TED! I still think that of every woman he's ever been with except the mother, Robin was the most perfect for him. This just makes my heart ache so much.

Absolutely stunning. Your writing just transports me to this place where I can *feel* every bit of what he's going through. And that last kiss, it isn't just about his wife being beautiful and perfect to him. It's about every kiss and every woman and every touch and every mistake and every little story that came before. You make us see that there is so much more - in just a hundred words.

I'm really glad that the last drabble especially worked for you, because it gave me quite a bit of trouble. And ITA about Ted and Robin. You know I love her and Barney, but there's just something about the Ted/Robin ship that still gets to me. Because you wanted them to make it work, but you knew they never would. It's really heartbreaking.

I'm so glad you liked it!!! I felt horrible about not getting something Ted-y out in time for your birthday. But better late than never, right? =P

Agreed about Robin/Ted. The thing I'm just a bit frustrated about right now is how *similar* the writers have made Robin to Barney. She's practically just a female, Canadian, gun-toting version of him. Therefore they are now (in season 4) the OTP. Whereas when she was with Ted, they were so different from one another but STILL they loved each other A LOT. Let's see what happens next season in terms of Robin's character development.
