Part 2
OK then.
As I mentioned last time, the weather was red hot. At least 32 degrees everyday, sometimes hitting about 36/38. Sun everyday, which meant suntan lotion, and lots of it. (At least when we remembered)
Sunday was just a "get urself used to the heat" day really. We took a wander downstairs, got something to eat, then found some sun loungers around the pool. Myself and spoony decided to play silly buggers in the pool again, so we went and bought a ball! :D
Spoony got talking to a couple of lads from Dundee, and me and him ended up sitting at the pool bar, which meant we sat there drinking... (Got told off for that one... LOL) Anyway, it ended up with Spoony not going out that night. Me, Lex and Kyrche went for a meal, then wandered round several bars to reacquaint ourselves (And show Kyrche round of course) Didnt have too late a night.
Monday was another day by the pool, but this time Spoony didnt drink too much to get out at night (I think I'll get a clowt for saying that tho! ;) ) So we went out in force that night, and introduced Kyrche to Cheers! (Which ended up being one of the bars they frequented most - Even tho Lex was appalled by it last year LOL).
Tuesday was Market day. I was all ready to go for the nice walk to get there, but we ended up getting a Taxi instead. Had a nice wander round, then stopped off for a drink. (Got something to eat too) Then came the fun part. Decided to take a walk to the Port, but I kinda took a wrong turn. We ended up walking along a lane which ended in a big yard full of pigs... Then it started raining... LOL So, after finding out where we had to go, we wandered back along the lane, and found a pub. We ordered a Taxi from there to take us back to the Apartment. Had a bit of a rest, then went out.
