I do believe they have to honour it. I'm not sure the legalities involved, but given it was an advertised price and they charged the credit card (thus completing the transaction) I doubt they can do anything about it
That superscript (1) next to the price? ...it links to a set of terms that say if a price is posted in error, they can retract the offer, even after it's been charged to the card...
They can't retroactively charge the $239, of course. But I think with this legalese, they're able to refund the money and not honour the sale.
