I buy a lot of bread, well, ish. I get a loaf every two weeks or so, and it invariably goes bad before I finish it. I keep my bread in the fridge and have no qualms eating it two or three days past the posted date, but even so I often have a third or a half of a loaf left when I go to toss it or buy another. This waste of bread makes me feel guilty.
