I've been a bit hateful of my work lately and was close to burning my folio and giving up on photography all together! It has made me angry of my work and I didn't want to create anything. But today I felt a spurt of creativity and started to work on some vector art I had stated but never finished (I think you all know by now why). But this image

Firstly I was trying to get out of my creative rut and do some artwork to keep my mind off of things (your advice), but failed to finish work on an image I started before we broke up and didn't really think the use of said image would be any different to people say using my images in livejournal or myspace (do take the time to look at the pictures in profiles and note if I get credited for taking the pictures?)

Secondly I'm not passing the image off as my own as many people will already be aware that Lisa took the original image, and that my working on it would be no different than when we were together!

As for my comment, this was intended as a joke, but seeing as you enjoy getting the wrong end of the stick then maybe you should learn to keep out!

As for copywrite theft, maybe you should look up what it actually means. Having your work stolen and used for commercial use or profit is theft, having someone who cares deeply for you try and create a piece of art which you feel comes from you heart and wishes he could do more to it but everytime he looks at the image he wants to kill himself is pretty fucking hard!

I thank you very much for your support and hope that further comments will be thought out before drunkenly blurting out and making a fool of yourself!

Well words are polysemous - so you should think about how that would be read from an outsider. Its not a statement that seems very funny.
You want me to keep out? Then don't write stuff like that in a public forum you moron.
As for copyright theft - I did a degree in media - so funnily enough that was one of the topics covered. As Lisa is obviously not keen on the pic, it would be sensible to not use it, as you don't have consent.
I am glad you are working again, and of course you should continue, however maybe you should have a little more respect towards Lisa as she is not acting in the wrong. If you continue to act this way - I will continue to stand up for her.

I'm insulted that you think I could feel like this about Lisa, as an outsider or not you know how I feel towards her and I love her to much to hate her!

Did that make "YOU" feel better? Wow, you show so much emotion in one post that I think you're getting way to involved in something you shouldn't, which could in turn effect friendships! I don't think your involvement in my personal life is really a good idea and no matter how much you try, the image is something I wanted to work on and really didn't think Lisa would mind me creating something from it!

Maybe you're getting too involved in personal issues and should take a step back as I don't wish to enter this debate with you!
