Well yeah, this is pretty crazy, me posting an entry. I thought, since i actually have something to write, i might as well.

Anyway, what have i been doing for the last few days? Intensive training >>. I recently stumbled across a forum full of crazy tricking people and i have gained inspiration to actually get the damned aerial kick i've been working on for so long.

Stage 1 is an intensive stretching program which i'll do for about 2 weeks probably. By the end of that period, i should be able to do splits and i should be much more flexible generally. Hopefully this will help with the aerial, although i should get that really soon anyway. After the aerial i'll start on the butterfly twist, the 540 and the back tuck.
