RP Applications, Round 4
Since this is the month of Halloween, when the characters we loyally stan get the most recognition from Disney, I thought it'd be good to have the Disney Villain Ask RP as close to Halloween as possible. I'm thinking of making the post on the 29th or 30th; I could do it on Halloween if I get enough people who want it on that date, but Mondays are my busiest day of the week.
