Shere Khan is a good physical brawler, not afraid to viciously tear someone apart. He is also a good hunter and tracker. His very name has the ability to strike fear into the hearts of other animals. He has a calm presence, one that might catch people off guard.

Commander of an awesome undead army, come on. Probably kind of stickly on his own though. Taran pretty much KICKED him into the cauldron.
Shere Khan is a pretty fierce tiger but I think even he'd have trouble against the supernatural elements of the Horned King (magic, undead, etc.).

I assume she's had a fight or two with Triton before she gets banished. She's fought with several sea creatures in her Vanessa form. She also defeated Triton by being a bitch about his daughter before transforming into a giant and owning everyone for a while.CHARACTER

EVIL POWERS OF HELLLLL.

Summons demons/turns happiness into sadness/huge-ass mountain body/fire and brimstone, scaring children, yadda yadda.

He could kill you by looking at you, he doesn't need battle experience. XD
I actually think Ursula would stand a decent chance against Chernabog, especially if she got her hands on the trident and became Mega Ursula. Rooting for her all the way. XD

Ruthless and cruel, one of few Disney villains who is a real battle-hardened badass. Also, immune to avalanches.

Presumably, conquering and uniting his own people, invading China, wiping out the Chinese Imperial army, and invading the Imperial household, almost killing the Emperor.CHARACTER
Jafar (Aladdin and subsequent sequels/games)
WEAPON OF CHOICE
Snake staff (does magic count as a weapon? He IS a genie)
ABILITIES/SKILLS
As mentioned, he's a genie. One with the ability to seriously kick Genie's ass, with unlimited cosmic powers (limited only by the Three Rules). If you want non!genie Jafar, he is also on hell of an accomplished sorcerer with a good grasp of alchemy and magic. He can create storms inside, has the equivalent of a crystal ball, can make himself disappear and can hypnotize people. He can also change his shape, handle a knife, is resourceful and can think on his feet.
BIGGEST WEAKNESS
He gets ahead of himself a little too quickly, and doesn't think ahead much in the heat of battle.

Fighting Aladdin in the throne room, Genie in RoJ, and the whole gang at the end of the sequel.
Oh man, I don't even know how this would go. Shan Yu is pretty ruthless, but Jafar has more firepower. I think Jafar might have the advantage here.

Dark fairy magic -- she can inflict curses, make bolts of lightning fly from her staff, use other attacking magic, make thick forests of brambles grow instantaneously, and use some kind of Jedi Mind Trick to manipulate people, as seen during the fireplace scene with Aurora.

Dueled against Prince Phillip in the climax of Sleeping Beauty. Fought against Sora and company in Kingdom Hearts, waves of Heartless in Kingdom Hearts II, and Ventus in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. Her imagination faced off against Mickey's in Fantasmic!
Showdown of the year. XD I can kind of see this match happening, actually. Maleficent tends to be the "leader" of the Disney villains at times, but if there's someone who'd try (and be pretty successful at) pulling off a coup, it'd be Hades. He's good at that.
