Doctor Who ... The End Of Time ... Reaction ... sobs
So... I knew I was screwed when I was damn near in tears during the diner scene with Wilfred and the Doctor. I just knew I was done for.
I really enjoyed this. I liked how 10 really fought to live, that he didn't want to regenerate. 9 seemed to almost, I dunno, look forward to it (but he seemed to have had a harder run at it too, in a way that wasn't really shown in the episodes, if that makes sense). 10's ranting and railing against dying was rather amazing and moving to me. I just hope this is the end of them using The Master for a long time. It gets a little tiresome if they just keep cycling through The Master and Daleks and such over and over.
I've seen 8's movie, such as it was, and the new series so there are knowledge gaps, obviously. If you know better, please correct me. With that said...
The Time Lady talking to Wilfred... any chance that was The Doctor's mom? I see it seems to be the common idea, but continuity is skewed bad about The Doctor's origin in that regard so...
My main thing is, could Wilfred be his father doing the Time Lord In A Watch Thing? That'd let The Time Lady know him, him not know her and wrap things together a bit. Just wondering that.
Um... good show, sad to see and... 11 does not thrill me on looks alone. He better how WOW storylines or else I'll cry. Yes, I said I'll cry. Hrmph.
