I have to take issue with iTunes. I have slightly over 1000 songs in my iTunes library, and I have been using it as my primary jukebox for the last 6months roughly. (Before this I used Winamp since roughly grade 8 i guess) The thing about iTunes is that it keeps a play count for all your songs as well as an assortment of other nifty features.

I used to use media player, but it started to just freeze up randomly every few mins after I wiped the comp and stuff, soo I switched to winamp because its the only other player that works like media player did with my longhorn sidebar... tho i miss the AVS. I gotta say, media player does a better job on random playlists though. winamp a lot of the time goes back to a certain few because the way its random playlist works is it jumps from one end of the list to another, and you just set how wide it can jump each time... totally retarded, media player kicked ass for that.
I dont want to switch to Itunes though because alex uses it, and i've seen what it does to file structure and i dont want all my shit moved around. and it seems impossible to add in the music you get just to play it once, took us days to figure out what the hell it was doing cuz it was fighting with rez-file sharing. Oh and if media player notices a bunch of songs in a folder dont exist anymore, it asks if you wanna just ditch em from the list. Genius. fucking music programs. they all blow in their own way.
