Foreshadowing
How did you feel about the foreshadowing in S2 involving Rose's departure? Things like "the valiant child who will die in battle so very soon" and "they keep on trying to split us up, but they never ever will"? Too heavy handed? Okay? Necessary? How about the whole bait-and-switch aspect with Rose "dying" in Doomsday? A clever twist? A cheap trick? Too relieved Rose didn't actually die to care?
