and tonight as i tried to suit up for bed time and took my nyquil, melatonin and was trying to swallow those damn herbal pills that the homo at the health food store swore by...
i gagged.
and then i tried i really tried not to puke.
but i did. and this isn't a sympathy card/post.
its do you know a hypnotist to help me swallow pills cause i'm tired of this shit. for real. and i've heard every trick in the book on how to swallow (put it at the back of your tongue, put it in applesauce, blah blah)
i don't need advice i need a number to a hypnotist!
