Black Sites Continue to Operate

The U.S. continues to use secret prisons in order to operate outside U.S. law. 38 People are still missing. It is one thing to imprison someone, it is another to erase them from humanity. After the president has assured us that these prisons were closed, there are no signs of people that were held within them.
