...so basically they're writing an AU fanfic? A little curious as to how they are going to set up children for the unmarried (outside the Evil Queen) villains in the movie though. Especially since apparently they've all been housed on this island? SO MANY QUESTIONS. Though I'm really hoping for over-the-top HSM styled danced numbers for this hilarity.

I'm chalking this up to coincidence. It takes a long time for a movie to be in development as is a toyline.

Still, I'm disappointed in the decline in quality with OUAT and this seems like a pretty good apology.

And it's like they have a similar plot line.....And they both star the daughter of the Evil Queen Grimhilde.....And they also have royalty who go to a fancy prep school.....But no....it's nothing like EAH (insert sarcasm).

Ok Well, I'm not against The Descendants since the way they'll handle it seems very different from EAH. It's a doll line with webisodes vs. tv-movie with maybe some merch if it is popular.

I'm actually excited about this because the son of Belle and Adam (I will forever call him that) is seemingly the main character AND we can possibly see Belle/Adam happy and human :D

Ya know, I don't think I would mind it so much IF it was hand drawn by the animation studios with the original voices and possibly directors. but this really feels like their grasping for straws XC

Oddly enough, I had the same thought. Drawn and looking like a continuation of the movies? I'd be all over that.
