Fun Times (yet to be had) at FCN
I'm basically only at FCN for half of Saturday. It's kind of a drag how my exams turned out, causing me to miss half the con, but I just looked at the event schedule, and on Saturday night they're having 2 the Ranting Gryphon AND Uncle Kage's Story Hour! Even if I don't end up doing really anything else, it's still gonna be a great time.

I had two exams so far, and they both went really well! I was really nervous about Population Genetics because the exam had only 5 questions and was worth 50% of my final grade, but I was able to (pretty much) answer everything, and I was probably grinning like an idiot all the way home.
As for work, my biodiv prof emailed me out of the blue telling me that a research assistant position opened up in her lab. I don't know if this means she's offering me the position, or if it means I am one of multiple candidates, but I have a pretty good feeling about it. I'm meeting with her and the rest of her lab on Tuesday (at the campus pub XD) to talk about it. I also finally got word back for a different position to which I applied. That interview takes place on Thursday.
All that, and I just had a job interview this afternoon for a TA position in the Fall (oh right, and those three other exams I need to continue studying for :P)
