Super Bowl Sunday
Just got back from the little Super bowl party I was at with the other LT's I am flying with. It was a good time, but I do miss all of my friends back East. These guys don't really party like we did. One good thing is that I did win some money playing poker. That's always good. I flew on Saturday. We practiced some S-Turns, turns around a point, and landing. Landing is kinda tough. I though I was going to kill me and my IP a few times, but he stayed pretty calm. I guess that is is job though. I am suppose to go up tomorrow and practice some more. It will probably take me a few more hours to perfect it, but I do only have less than 4 hours in this plane, so I guess I shouldn't be discouraged. I found out that Drew is going to be at some Navy base about 3 hours from me sometime in May. We will definitely be going to Reno since it is half way between us. Also, a few guys may be coming out here for Spring Break. I can't wait to see them. We'll have a good time out here. Well I think I am gonna study some ground school and then crash.
