Animal Collective!!!
So the Animal Collective is playing in Toronto, but it's at Lee's Palace and that's 19+
They're also playing in Montreal the day before at the Salsa Rosa and I'm pretty sure it's all ages. If it is I am serious considering visiting Montreal for a couple days as I have never been.
