It is not this hot in Arniston
The last few days have been frustrating, I do not function properly in such temperatures. At least I have managed to get a parking disk and get some photocopying done. I find it really hard to take notes directly from a book as I have this overwhelming urge to underline passages and make notes on the page, hence the need for photocopies.
Went to Maynardville last night to see The Comedy of Errors. The theme was 1970's chop sockey and with the exception of the Goldsmith, who was foul, it rocked. I have also now fallen in love with Chinese paper lanterns and must acquire some.
A few years ago a bunch of us went to Arniston and stayed here. You can't really tell from the photos on the site, but this place is great. All the rooms have sea views and I have a fond memory of lying on my bed and seeing whales through the window. This place is right next to the Hotel and one of the beaches and the decor is much better in person than in looks in the photos.
