After a very humbling and humiliating experience today, I was able to convince the manager at Lone Star to give me another opportunity to work for him. I was terrified the entire time I was talking to him, of what I'm not sure. Rejection, I suppose, and embarrassment. But fortunately he was a kind individual who realized that my apology and attempts were sincere, and offered me a second opportunity this Friday. I will set four alarms and will be there fifteen minutes early. Even after all the crap that's happened this week, I'm a very lucky girl.

Also, big, ginormous thanks to Nicole and Shawna for helping me dig my car out of the snow. I am lost without these girls!
