Greetings All!

This has been a hot and dry summer for Dallas. The rain has been less than usual and here it is October already, and it's still hot and dry as it has been most of the time.

I spent most of the summer at my new home in Irving. It's located near a studio complex that was once called "The Studio at Las Collins". Its nice since to live a walks away from a studio since I work in the entertainment business. Work has been so-so and getting the house all fixed-up has turned into my main hobby on the weekends.

I nicknamed this hose of mine "The Wizard's House" because it reminds me of a place that Harry Potter would have loved to live in. It even has a nice place under the stairs that I'm sure that he would have approved over some of the dank under-places that he got stuck living in before he came to Hogwarts.

Anyway, this place has turned into my full-time home office away from PlayNet. It has all the amenities that I would ever ask for and even the son of the developer has a place that he calls home here. The place is located near the Korean area of Dallas, so I have some Korean family's as neighbors. I don't see them very much, but they are very polite! I also have some other people in the neighborhood that work in entertainment as well. I'm working on a webpage for the "The Wizard's House" and web-cam for the project. Hope to have a thing up soon.

Sorry! No Pics this time!

Sub Notes:

Down at the "Studio at Las Collins" across the way, they are working on a show that is being shot on location here called "Friday Night Lights" for NBC - they just broke set last week. I also think that they are going to do some of the "Dallas Movie" stuff there also, but I'm not sure when that will happen.

I made up the fact that I missed out on E3 and AX2006 by attending Comic Con. Wow!! That was something! I never seen so much humanity in one spot and I've seen it all!

Anyway! On to the Winter season!
