Last weekend I was given the somewhat surprising (and flattering) opportunity to guest a couple of sets at the famed "Laughton's 80s Night" in Whitby, by djhamsterboy. There was a certain amount of nerves, but I didn't a) empty the dancefloor or b) get lynched, so I feel I came out ahead, and people seemed to be enjoying themselves, so overall I feel it went well. There were a couple of changes to the "classic" Laughton's formula, due partly to the extra two hours and the new heir to the club.
