(no subject)
2 things:
i was starving on monday and didn't have time to eat. i got to tap, and went on conducting interviews (still no eating). after one of the interviews, EVA randomly shows up with a gigantic PRETZEL!!!! FOR ME!!!! it was so awesome and made my day. anyways, thought i should mention it because in my 13 hour day, it was definitely the highlight.

conversation i had today walking to our lab on the 6th floor of stewart bio building:
me: *sniff* wow! it smells like muffins! YUM.
Al: *sniff* muffins? it smells like RATS!
me: [as i take another sniff, and realize that it was indeed the smell of rats because we were right by the bio rat labs on the 6th floor] EEEWWWWWW! it IS rats!
