Don't I just have all the luck...
Damn modem and router are stuck in stupid (i.e. not working the way they're bloody well supposed to) so I am essentially without internet. I'm using the family desktop to write this, but it's just not the same, especially since I have all my ML-type shit on my laptop and we're trying to organize everything.
On a seemingly unrelated note, I did speak to the location of our 2008 kickoff party and it looks like we're all systems go. Of course if the NaNo site doesn't come back up soon, for lack of a better term, we're fucked. I need to find out how many people we have coming so I can see about requisitioning any extra personnel.
Next week at work looks interesting...
Monday: Team Jersey/Caps.
Tuesday: College team colors.
Wednesday: Favorite Hat day.
Thursday: Fall Harvest day. (Wear brown, orange, red, etc. You know, fall harvest type colors.)
Friday: Hawaiian shirt day (say "Aloha" to the weekend.)
I got someone good today when we were going over information. They spelled their name out, and I said, "I thought you spelled your name S-T-U-P-I-D." End result?
"Fuck you, D.T., asshole."
