hmm it's been a while...
Atlantic City was really fun - I won a decent amount of $$ and found a Coach bag on sale for $50 (it was originally $200).
I managed to develop a hacking cough on the last two days, which bloomed into a horrible cold once I got home. I was sick as a dog for awhile, although I <3 levaquin. Within a couple of hours it had beaten it back enough that I could actually watch a half hour show without hacking up a lung.
I was better in time for Easter (Thank God) and the family all came to our house. Kaity and Robert were extremely cute and pretty much made up most of our Easter entertainment. It was good that we had the whole family together, as it took our minds off the date.
Monday I was up early as it was Mets Opening Day. My Mom's school had gotten tickets and maryling and I scored tickets. I don't have the money to support another season of good luck, so sadly I didn't carry on the tradition from last year. But it didn't seem to matter as the Mets poured it on in the 8th, and shut Jimmy Rollins up. Although you can tell how much of a white girl I am - it was maybe 45 degrees out and I got a sunburn. Whoot!
We won't talk about the game from tonight (I was also at it).
Also David Wright standing next to his wax replicia? Creepy.
