/me raises a single finger in the direction of the FEC...
I will post what I want, when I want, about who I want. The federal government has no right to dictate to me what I can post, and most especially has zero right to say I cannot post negatively about a political figure.
FEC, does this ring a bell? McCain, Feingold, maybe you've heard of the Constitution?
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
