so I just clicked on a link in an eDiets newsletter I get that is normally quite informative. the header was "Eat and Lose: Top Ten Fat-Burning Foods."
Ok, I think, let's see what they say...
want to know what the top two were?
Water. and Green Tea. WTF?
Do you consider water a food? that you eat? tea? yeah.
other entries were less revolutionary: salad, soup, fruit, milk, blah blah blah.
not looking for the article that would include pizza on that list or something but come on. water?
said newsletter just went down a notch in my book.
