Perhaps it was an improvement...?
Nothing like spending several hours writing up a ten page contract, exporting it to PDF for final delivery to the other party, only to find that all of the numbered section titles, paragraphs, itemizations, etc. throughout in the entire contract had been inexplicably converted to the Wingdings font... and I couldn't even blame the cats.
