scheduled days
the past week wasn't that bad. didn't get a lot of work done, but i felt like i had a good time. or perhaps it was only because i finally got enough sleep.
starting off with visit to waterloo. the buildings are ugly but i like the programs. i found it funny that as we were passing through the math building, i overheard a guy saying, "i'm not the only one who knows normal people that take pure math." it took us about an hour and a half to get there and a little more to get back (lots of traffic). didn't see anyone else from ward, although they said they were there.
scheduled days on wed and thurs. they weren't that bad, although krisch asked me why i wasn't on unit 12 in ics yet. on friday, i got to laugh at william because he skipped scheduled days and the rest of us got 100 in algeo unit 5 just because we showed up in class.
today, i worked a full day (seven hour shift, as opposed to my normal four hour shift). it wasn't too bad...i like working saturday mornings. also got to talk to chris (a co-worker), who i normally never talk to because our regular shifts never overlap.
the annoying thing about band is that when you start learning a piece, it gets stuck in your head. right now, i have christmas carols running through my head. friday at work, i was humming "santa claus is coming to town" under my breath. the people at the library probably thought i was nuts.
chris from work had the sony mp3 player (not the usb one, the model right before it). me want :( he said that a new model is coming out next friday. must check out sony store soon.
