we won!
first field hockey game of the season against libermann and we won! yay for us.
i think i'm just really tired these days. this morning, we had a practice at 7:45 and while i was about to leave my locker after getting my field hockey stuff, i couldn't find my lock. i knew it was there somewhere so i wasn't panicking, but i searched and searched and couldn't find it. finally, i shifted by bag a bit and found the lock locked onto a strap on my bag. weird.
plus, all day, i was wondering why my right forearm hurt, because we don't use that part in field hockey. then i remembered i played badminton yesterday.
university fair and youth summit coming up this weekend. should be fun. i'm supposed to be "honoured" at the library youth summit because i volunteered there for more than 2 years. it's kinda strange being honoured for that because i don't really volunteer there anymore. i didn't even enter young voices this year (although that was because i missed the deadline, not because i didn't want to).
by the way, who else wants to go to the young voices writer's conference with me? saturday, october 28. the last times i went, it was a lot of fun (actually, last time i was volunteering there, so we mostly sat around and made jokes instead of listening to the authors).
