I feel like I've lost it all. I feel like I have nothing to offer, and it's always going to be that way. I don't know what to do but I know how I can change.

My first step is to start going to the rec more often, and then trying to get there everyday. My second step is to put cocoa butter on every inch of my body. And then I'm going to start dieting more and more. I'm going to start making healthy choices over the bad ones. I'm going to start tomorrow morning by eating Chex, 2% reduced milk, choice of fruit, bottled water, and some type of nutrition bar. I'm going to binge on healthy shit to make myself feel better.

I'm going to call this week, and talk to someone about my hair and see what prices they are charging so I can get there this weekend or sometime soon and have my hair redone. I'm going to get the straight hair if all else fails because that lasts the longest. And then when school is out, for the summer, I'm going to train my hair so that it can grow long and healthy, and I don't have to worry about always covering it up with weave. I NEED HAIR

I want to have the notion that soon, things will be changing. And I want to be ready when that happens.
