Oh the balance~
Balancing 40 hours a week of work, a diet that's on a time frame, and trying to get to the gym WHILE trying to have some relax time...kinda sucks! lol.
nothing's really changed wieght wise. i lost six pounds and now i'm just hovering there... i should probably hit the gym more than twice a week but it's just not happening with my schedule.
If i do work, i have to come home, make dinner, then make my snack for the vening, then make my lunch and snack for the next day... it really bites. I've never made this much food in my life. and what's funny, i feel like it's costing me more than hitting fast food lol. maybe that's just bills..cuz those are sucking the life outta my bank accounts... big time.
work is up and down... not gonna talk about it cuz it's my day off. little stressful here and there but that's what learning to be a manager is all about.
my bathroom will finally have a coat of primer on it whenever i decide to get off my ass and paint it...maybe this weekend.

WE'VE PICKED A WEDDING DATE!
yepper, july 25th, 2009 i will be a married woman...wow that sounds crazy!
planning has started so we can get a head start on things and not stress out too much as the deadline gets closer. we're having a celtic sort of wedding as both of our backgrounds are scottish and irish...
oh..
AND I'M GOIN TO SCOTLAND BABY!!
Mom's boss is the sweetest man in the world! she mentioned the theme for our wedding, and he has offered to fly my mom and i to scotland for nine days to sight-see AND find me an authentic celtic wedding dress!! he's paying for flight and hotel using a mere portion of the airmiles he has save....isn't he awesome!!?
feel kind bad as dave is now the only one not going..his mom and grandma planned a trip without him because of me, and now i'm going without him. but after he got over his initial pissyness (which included not speaking to me for the evening and staying up on the computer) her realised he was being a jerk and was happy for me. my step dad was joking too as he and my mom were supposed to finally take their honeymoon there in 2010. he's looking at us going as a scout for good places to visit lol. Dad said he'd take dave to see strippers or something lol.
I should be heading out near the end of august. around the 21st which is nice cuz i wont be missing my dads birthday. though it's kinda in the blackout period for work, but wendy already told me i couldn't say no to that... would anyone!? no! lol
So i'm still in shock about it..totally stoked though...it'll be the farthest away from home i've ever travelled...
dave and i are planning our honeymoon for somewhere in europe too.... i'm thinking greece, not sure about him lol.
that's really about it... i'm gonna head off cuz my eyes are starting to hurt... the light above the comp is burnt out and the screen is starting to bug me. hooray for being able to type without looking at the keyboard cuz i can't see it!!
