What's with the semicolons? It continually amazes me that people don't triple-check the text of signs, given that they probably cost quite a bit to do and tend to be semi-permanent or permanent.
I checked Chicago Manual of Style (14th ed.) to make sure I didn't sleep through the class where they said it was OK to use a semicolon this way. Nope.
