Over FIVE years later, it can't hurt to post on this thing again.
I can't bring myself to delete this yet. Maybe when my (currently imaginary) future children are old enough to use the Internet?
Well, I guess it would be good to summarize what's happened since the last post I made (March 2009, jeeeeeeeeeeeeeez). Brian and I left New York in July 2010 and moved into an apartment in Bala Cynwyd, PA, a suburb about 15 minutes by train from center city Philly. We lived there for almost three years, and got married in October 2012. We bought a house last year and moved further north into the suburbs, about 30 minutes from the apartment in Bala. At the beginning of this year, we adopted a three month old shepherd/rottweiler mix from a local rescue agency. Her name is Kermit, she's 10 months old now, and is a lovable monster-brat :) I've been with the same company for the past three years and one of the best perks is that I get to work from home.
What else is there to say? I'm spending the holiday weekend firmly planted on the couch. In reviewing my friends list, I barely recognize any of the account names. If we're friends and you still check LJ regularly, please feel free to remind me who you are! I caved and created a Tumblr account. I've held out and still don't have Twitter though, so I call that a victory.
The attention span that I had going into this entry has dissolved, so I think that's going to have to be it for the night. Maybe I'll do a more thorough post tomorrow or Monday.
