Hi, I realized that I haven't really been on lj at all since the end of July since I've been really busy.
Nothing much has happened here...got back from Ecuador, left for school, and now here I am. I've been really stressed recently since school started and I made some realizations about myself. One of which (and probably the biggest source of stress) is the fact that I'm pretty sure I won't be happy getting a normal "desk job", which I'd imagine is what most accounting majors would end up doing. I've also noticed that it really bothers me how most people in the US are so obsessed with getting jobs and doing everything possible to get them. But on the bright side, if I can't figure everything out by the time I graduate, my dad said I could stay with him for however long I need to to figure out what to do with my life. If things work out the way he'd like them to, he'll have residency in Ecuador by then.
