one hell of a day
i applied for a job at goodwill today. easy work and the pay's not bad. i just want something else to subsequent my income, or lack thereof. i'm steady spending money and not making any. so yeah. not a good situation. especially with my bad habit of smoking insane amounts of weed. what can i say.
i took kim to urgent care today because her face is all ballooned up from the poison ivy. i feel so bad for her, i know it's gotta be miserable. it went from a small rash on one arm to completely covering her face and neck, all up her arms, all over her stomach, her lower legs, and now it's creeping into her crotch area. i know it's already unbearable, so i hope it doesn't go any further. it would SUCK to have poison ivy in your nether regions. so we sat in the doctor's office for a total of about an hour and a half for the dude to write her two perscriptions and i played doctor while we waited. you know those light things they stick in your ears? i had fun with those, til the nurse came in and got an attitude cause i was fuckin with shit. hell, i'm impatient and they had us waitin for what seemed like hours. i fuckin HATE the doctor's office.
in other news, this kid i knew from high school died in a car wreck this morning. i don't have all the details of the story, but from what i've heard, he fell asleep at the wheel and went through two poles and somebody's house. i dunno if that's all true - you'd think the car would've stopped after the first pole, but whatever. it's really sad. i wasn't extremely close to him or anything, but we were cool and he was one of the nicest guys i knew. i'm gonna miss him. i dunno when his funeral is, probably in the next couple days, but i'll be going to that.
