I need help from the fellow film-makers out there..aka blake, steve, albert, whoever the hell reads this.
Soo I'm editing my movie, which is due next week, and I realize that I have this nasty glare on footage. Except it's not a glare; my lens must have been foggy or something. I can't film the movie all over again because it was during the Katrina aftermath. Sooo anyone knows how to get that off using Premiere Elements?
